The exhibition will look at the many ways artists make their art and tell their stories on canvas or board, using unexpected materials or using traditional materials in novel ways.
18 paintings by both local and national artists Derek Boshier, George Green, Benito Huerta, Mary Hunter, Danny O’Dowdy, Jules Olitski, Frank Stella, and Sydney Yeager.

Mary Grace and Frank Horlock began collecting art in the 1960s. The Horlock Collection has grown to number more than a hundred pieces. The exhibition will include fifty-five paintings and sculptures of western and wildlife subjects.

As a complement to the Ansel Adams exhibition, this collection allows the community to see the depth and breadth of the Museum’s holdings in photography.

The exhibit features features 50 works by 16 artists who utilize the physical nature and characteristics of graphite.
